Requirements
- Fluent English β exceptional speaking and writing skills
- Strong communication β structured, confident, and personable
- Professional presence β calm, trustworthy, articulate
- University degree (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)
- Tech-savvy and business-oriented β quick to grasp new industries and roles
- Empathetic sales approach β persuasive without being pushy
- 2β3+ years in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshoring in a client-facing role
- Hands-on experience running discovery calls and managing client accounts
- Proven success managing the full client lifecycle β from lead to long-term relationship
- Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive ongoing client satisfaction
- Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles (EAs, developers, marketers, analysts, accountants)
