Job Description
Seeking a Senior AI Operations & Automation Manager for a hands-on role combining automation engineering, AI implementation, and operational strategy. The role will act as the founder's right hand for AI-driven operational leverage, owning and expanding automation workflows across multiple portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in automation, operations engineering, or AI-integrated systems, with strong experience in n8n or Make.com, and the ability to translate abstract business problems into concrete technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in automation, operations engineering, or AI-integrated systems
- Strong, hands-on experience with n8n or Make.com. You must be comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and complex system integrations
- Proven experience building AI agents or RAG-based chatbots for real-world operational use cases
- High familiarity with ClickUp or similar enterprise-grade project management tools
Benefits
- Monthly Rate: $800-1100 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
