Lead Product Designer

We’re looking for a top-tier Lead Product Designer to join the Bamboo Design team, someone with strong product thinking, deep business understanding, and exceptional visual execution. The role involves owning and driving design for Bamboo Invest, leading end-to-end design for features, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and ship high-quality features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer, Lead Designer, or similar role working on digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking, problem solving, and polished UI
• Experience designing mobile-first products (iOS/Android) and responsive web experiences
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Framer, Claude, ChatGPT)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility standards
• Experience working with design systems and component-based design
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints
• Bonus: Experience designing fintech, consumer apps, or data-heavy products
