Join Banc of California as an Officer, Commercial Banking Associate. Provide support to a seasoned team of commercial real estate lenders and loan processors, gain exposure to various departments, and participate in client meetings and calls. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with coursework or concentration in Commercial Real Estate Finance / Investment
- Grasp of basic concepts in reviewing commercial real estate transactions
- Interest in the commercial real estate finance industry
- Understanding of commercial real estate principles and financial analysis
- P.C. proficient with emphasis on spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Argus)
- Excellent composing and writing skills
- Above-average interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally with a wide range of people
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
- Responsiveness, judgment, maturity, integrity, and time management skills
