Credit Analyst

Provide support to commercial banking staff in credit evaluation, analyze financial health of commercial borrowers, and represent the bank in interactions with clients and professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Agribusiness, or Agricultural Economics
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates an understanding of credit management, credit operations and commercial lending
• Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and maintain confidentiality
• High level of attention to detail, with strong problem solving and organization skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel
• Complete all required compliance training by established deadlines
