Loan Officer

The Loan Officer is primarily responsible for making and servicing consumer and commercial loans, both secured and unsecured. Handles both large and small credits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Formal Credit training
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience underwriting Commercial Loans and Consumer Loans
• Analyzing complex financial data
• Creating/presenting accurate written credit memorandums
• Regulatory compliance requirements
• Collateral perfection requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and reasoning skills
• Ability to work under stress and deadlines
