Requirements
- Experience in the Financial Market and bank flows, mainly in Investments (Fixed Income)
- Technical knowledge of Financial Products (Offshore, Foreign Currency Assets, Local Currency Assets, Exchange and Derivatives)
- Familiarity with discovery and refinement processes
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Advanced Office Package (Excel and Power Point)
- Organized, creative with leadership spirit and entrepreneurial attitude
- Risk management in processes and flows, strategic vision and orientation to results
- Facility of communication to act as an interlocutor between the squad and its customers
