Requirements

• Direct/indirect experience in coordinating people, including performance management and task organization.
• Strong analytical capacity and critical vision for decision-making.
• Previous experience in digital products, preferably in high-scale environments.
• Ability to act integrally between business, product, and technology.
• Clear, objective, and collaborative communication.
• Hands-on profile, with a sense of ownership and focus on results.
