Global Billing Analyst

We're looking for a Global Billing Analyst to join our Billing Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing overall customer billing support, building account knowledge and relationships with customers, and managing complex functions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Work independently to solve common unambiguous global billing inquiries via telephone and ticketing system within established SLAs
• Develop proficiency with tools, reports and portals used by the billing operations team
• Process invoice disputes in accordance with documented processes and procedures
• Support monthly revenue close cycle within established deadlines
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership for the quality and timeliness of work
