Job Description
The Area Chief of Staff leads, develops, and manages associate veterinarians in hospitals to ensure quality care and hospital performance. This role drives the culture and delivery of quality care by the veterinary provider team and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree
- Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with all applicable state veterinary boards for assigned hospitals
- 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery practice
