Area Chief of Staff

The Area Chief of Staff is responsible for leading, developing, and managing associate veterinarians in their hospitals to ensure Banfield can attract, develop, engage, and retain doctors that will deliver quality care and meet expected hospital performance measures.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree
• Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with all applicable state veterinary boards
• 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery practice
