The Area Chief of Staff Veterinarian is responsible for leading, developing, and managing associate veterinarians in their hospitals to ensure quality care and meet expected hospital performance measures. They will drive the culture and delivery of quality care by the veterinary provider team and partner with the Practice Manager to achieve targeted KPIs.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree
- Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with all applicable state veterinary boards
- 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery practice
