The Area Chief of Staff Veterinarian is responsible for leading, developing, and managing associate veterinarians in hospitals to ensure quality care and meet performance measures. They drive the culture and delivery of quality care by the veterinary provider team and partner with practice managers to achieve targeted KPI's.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent foreign degree required.
- Veterinary license in good standing or eligibility for licensure with all applicable state veterinary boards for assigned hospitals.
- 3 years of experience in small animal medicine and surgery practice.
