Client Service Coordinator

The Client Service Coordinator drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes productivity, and ensures good communication with associates and clients. They promote hospital services, route clients and pets, and educate them about their pet's health. This role requires strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, and communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred
