We are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize productivity, and provide exceptional service. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience with customer service
- Medical background with medical terminology training (preferred)
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
- Ability to be confident around pets
- Client needs and work volume may often require more than 40 hours per week
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb, and manipulate up to 50 pounds
