We are seeking a controller to join our Alarm Receiving Centre Team at our Head office. If you enjoy helping and supporting customers and have a calm and professional manner as well as good attention to detail, can monitor alarms to the highest standard, and provide effective telephone responses to customer, then this could be the perfect role for you!
Requirements
- Previous experience within a customer service focused role
- SIA PSS CCTV License (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- Willingness to learn and be trained in Keyholding
