We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Bench Locksmith to join our expert team at Banham. Based in one of our showrooms, you'll play a key role in fabricating and duplicating keys, building and repairing locks, and providing exceptional service to our in-house engineers, trade partners, and customers.

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Understanding of and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- A natural problem solver with a hands-on, technically minded approach.
- Be flexible to support other showroom locations when required.
