Job Description
The IT Network Engineer II is responsible for designing, administering, and supporting the Bank’s network and infrastructure environment.
Requirements
- Administer, maintain, and support the Bank’s network and infrastructure systems
- Support the security, availability, and performance of infrastructure platforms
- Administer core Microsoft infrastructure services
- Monitor health infrastructure, system performance, logs, alerts, and trouble tickets
- Assist with design, implementation, and support of infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
- Perform system setup, maintenance, upgrades, patching, backups, and recovery support for servers and network equipment
- Troubleshoot network, server, and application connectivity issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset inventories, diagrams, standards, procedures, and support records
- Participate in infrastructure planning, testing, change management, and business continuity/disaster recovery efforts
