Job Summary: The Business Solutions Advisor position provides specialized and personalized service to financial center clients, offering advice and guidance on borrowing and banking offerings to achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships, building and deepening relationships, analyzing client financial needs, and making decisions on client requests.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients
• Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution
• Proven sales track record
• Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
• Experience with outbound phone sales
• Financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills
• In-person customer service and sales experience
• Small business client experience
• Experience meeting or exceeding goals
• Working knowledge of small business products and services
• Bilingual skills
