Job Description
Credit Officer II – Asset Based Finance at Bank of America is responsible for managing clients and related credit products, partnering closely with relationship management, sales/trading, treasury management, operations and risk teams to support the client relationship.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in asset-based lending, commercial banking, or private credit
- Sound understanding of credit, transaction structuring, and financial and collateral analysis
- Detailed understanding of legal documentation
- Ability to draft concise, accurate and clear credit approvals with minimal oversight
