Job Description
We are seeking a Manager for our Global Business Services team in Mumbai and Gurugram. The role will be responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for the Consumer Banking, Wealth, and Investment management business, and data analysis for senior leadership decisions. The individual will manage multiple projects, ensure data quality, and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- CA/CPA or MBA finance with 7+ years of relevant work experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Data Analysis in Banking industry
- Strong abilities on FP&A and Data Analysis and strong financial acumen
- Strong computer skills, including MS excel, power point, Familiarity with reporting tools like SQL, Essbase etc., Emerging technologies like Alteryx, Tableau and AI tools such as Starburst, ThoughtSpot
