Market Financial Center Manager

Responsible for supporting a cluster of financial centers in designated markets in the absence of the assigned financial center manager and as a market-level resource, driving operational excellence, and fostering a team environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority
• Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs
