Senior Banker

As a Senior Banker at Bank of America, you will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover their personal banking needs and offering appropriate solutions. You will partner with teams to provide financial center clients with both consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships through platform services, supporting clients with self-service or transactional activities, and providing exceptional client care.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances
