Senior Manager

The Senior Manager role is responsible for managing balance sheets, balancing risk and stabilizing returns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the balance sheet and income statement, experience in banking products, and knowledge of basic interest rate risk principles. They will also be a strong communicator, self-starter, and have experience working in accounting or financial services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Quantitative, or Economics
• 8 to 12 years of experience
• Strong understanding of the balance sheet and income statement
• Experience and exposure to banking products
• Knowledge of basic interest rate risk principles
