Vice President - Leveraged Finance

Requirements

• Play a key role supporting origination, structuring, and deal execution
• Lead deal execution and function as the key point of contact for the group
• Lead the credit committee approval process
• Work with internal and external legal counsel regarding the preparation of documentation
