Job Description
Actively participates in the Bank's asset/liability management function, oversees daily operations and functions of the Accounting Department, and reviews general ledger reports to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- A minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
- Proficiency in interpreting, analyzing, and reporting financial information
- Knowledge of current banking regulations
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
- Proficient technology skills
- Demonstrated management and supervisory skills
