Job Description
The Branch Manager will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business goals, lead and mentor team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. They will also oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum seven years of experience in banking and five years of experience in a management position.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
