Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of banking experience, preferably in mortgage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or customer complaints
• Proficient in writing in the English language
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and deal with abstract variables
• Knowledge of lending operations, Note or International Dept. policies and procedures
• Knowledge of bank regulations affecting customer accounts
