Bank of Jordan is seeking a Trade Finance Sales Unit Head to oversee and manage the bank's trade finance sales, providing strategic leadership and ensuring efficient execution of trade finance services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in trade finance operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of trade finance products, instruments, and related regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
