Job Description
Bank Street College is seeking a faculty member for its Infant and Family Development and Early Intervention Program. The position involves teaching, field supervision, and administrative support. The ideal candidate has experience working with infants and toddlers, and a strong understanding of progressive pedagogies. The role requires a Master's degree in special education or a related field, and 5+ years of teaching experience.
Requirements
- Masters in special education or related field
- Doctorate in special education or related field (preferred)
- 5 or more years of teaching experience with infants, toddlers, and or children in grades 3k-2 with disabilities in public school settings (preferred)
- Experience working with NYCPS (preferred)
- Experience teaching in higher education (preferred)
- Some administrative experience (preferred)
