Application Security Engineer

We are seeking an Application Security Engineer who can improve the security of our development environments and be a key player in ensuring that our software is robust, resilient, and built on modern security development principles.

Requirements

• Develop and optimize Application Security tools in collaboration with the team
• Advise development teams and security champions on secure coding and complex risks
• Perform threat modeling and ensure that risk-filled applications are handled correctly
• Prepare reviews of Application Security Assessments
• Work with the optimization of security tooling (SAST, SCA, DAST etc.) and ensure that it integrates effectively into our CI/CD setup
• Help to form the framework for AppSec in Bankdata, including guidelines, processes, and security requirements
• Support our programs as Secure Coding and Security Champions programs
