Job Description
We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our Internal IT team in Fredericia, Denmark. The role involves providing top-notch customer service, developing our support and Modern Workplace processes, and working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to find solutions. The ideal candidate is motivated by helping others, working in a team, and is proficient in PC and MacBook administration, Windows and Microsoft 365, mobile device management, and telecommunications and contact center solutions.
Requirements
- 1st level support to Bankdata employees
- Handling of incidents and consultations with a focus on SLA adherence
- Clearing and administration of PCs, MacBooks, and mobile devices
- Testing, documentation, and launch of new hardware and software solutions
- Development of launch and user materials for the company
- Participation in risk assessments of new solutions
- Ongoing optimization of processes and way of working in Internal IT
