Job Description

This role involves operating and maintaining milling equipment, preparing roadways for resurfacing, and maintaining equipment to ensure high performance. Requirements
- Operate and maintain milling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform physical labor building, highway, and heavy construction projects.
- Maintain equipment to meet best-in-class standards.
- Work closely with the milling crew and foreman.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Reliable means of transportation.
