Job Description
The Sales Executive - Luxury Apartments or Hospitality will develop new business relationships, identify prospects, and follow through till the lease or rent is closed. The role will also involve preparing marketing reports, designing proposals, and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in sales of Luxury Apartments
- BSc in Estate Management or any relevant Social Science or Acts discipline
- Ability to implore the use of digital marketing platforms
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages
