Senior Deposit Operations Analyst

The Senior Deposit Operations Analyst is responsible for executing and improving deposit operations processes, including managing exception items, resolving disputes, and enhancing procedures across departments. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of six years' experience in the banking industry, ideally in retail banking or deposit operations
• Proven critical thinking skills to evaluate information and make sound, logical decisions
• Experience with using bank core banking systems and online banking platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team setting and support cross-functional projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
