Job Description
Lead a dynamic team of relationship managers and support staff to deliver exceptional service and drive growth in the business market, building strong client relationships, managing complex credits, and creating a positive, high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8 or more years of experience in all phases of commercial lending in the local market
- 6 or more years of supervisory or management experience
