Community Development Mortgage Loan Officer

As a Community Development Mortgage Loan Officer, you will design market outreach programs, manage community campaigns, and develop business plans to promote home ownership in low to moderate income communities. You will also analyze reports, identify new opportunities, and assist in branch support for product questions and cross training programs.

Requirements

• 6 or more years of mortgage industry experience
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration
• High School Diploma required
• Basic understanding of programs, terminology, market conditions, Loan Origination Software (LOS), and CRA programs and their requirements
