We're looking for a Payment Operations Specialist I to provide support and excellent customer service to internal staff for multiple payment operational areas, while ensuring client data remains confidential and secure.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 0 to 2 years of clerical, bank, and/or client service experience with retail banking or operations exposure
- Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations relative to deposit accounts and bank operations
