Data Operation & Support Specialist/ Analyst/ Senior Analyst

Provides technical data application support, problem solving, and monitoring to ensure a healthy environment for supported systems and smooth business operations. Implements data strategy scope for operation and support of enterprise data management functions.

Requirements

• Implement end-to-end data strategy scope for operation and support of enterprise data management functions
• Effectively use supporting tools, data accessibility, logs, and narrative to identify and present root cause for data issues
• Implement and manage process of production data operation, deployments, documentation, and population
• Work closely with all data functions to manage and apply support processes in compliance with bank policy, internal controls, data protection legislation, and relevant national/industry standards
• Identify opportunities to deliver process efficiency/improvement and develop data automation proposals
• Apply process of data backup/restore and data archiving solutions
• Ensure availability of data throughout data lifecycle
• Monitor performance of data solutions, layers, and transactions
• Connect database standards from DBA to data support requirements across data management layers
• Provide technical support to new data product and participate in new projects
