Job Description
Visit clients to recover overdue payments from micro and consumption segment clients, proposing payment agreements or arrangements to reduce arrears and release registered provisions.
Requirements
- Visit clients for domestic debt collection according to assigned route
- Propose payment agreements or arrangements with clients with payment difficulties
- Make proposals for refinancing, readjustment, or novation of clients with payment problems
