Job Description
Establish strategies and methodologies to achieve optimal banking point management, monitor and track customer portfolio, and report to Financial User complaints.
Requirements
- Attend internal and external control requirements
- Monitor and track active and passive customer portfolio
- Report to Financial User complaints and complaints generated in their agency
- Review and approve credit requests from consumption, micro and housing segments
