Job Description
Bantrel is seeking a Project Manager to join their construction team in Saskatoon or Bethune, SK. The successful candidate will lead a major EPC project that supports the expansion of the Bethune operation and strengthen Bantrel's growing project delivery presence in Saskatchewan.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive project management experience in heavy industrial, energy, infrastructure, or major capital project environments.
- Post-secondary engineering or technical education (engineering degree or engineering technology diploma preferred); PMP or equivalent considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery models (EPC/EPCM) and experience with formal stage-gate development processes.
- Proficiency in project controls, including earned value management (EVM), forecasting, risk assessment, schedule development, and change management.
