Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Structural Steel Field Specialist to join our Construction team, based out of Leroy, SK. The role includes interpreting design drawings and specifications, supervising field verification of materials, and providing technical direction to construction engineers and superintendents.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10 years of experience or 15 years of equivalent industry experience
- Strong understanding of quality management processes and systems
- Multi-disciplinary technical knowledge of all phases of construction engineering
- Prior experience supervising and administering subcontractors
- High attention to detail, motivation, and commitment to quality outcomes
