Job Description
Banyan Software is seeking a visionary AI Factory Program Manager to drive the development and delivery of their AI Factory platform. This role requires a strong blend of program management, Scrum Master expertise, and product ownership to ensure the AI Factory operates efficiently, delivers high-quality AI solutions, and aligns with strategic business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science initiatives
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification or experience
Benefits
- Base salary: CAD 190,000 / USD 195,000 (excluding annual bonus when applicable)
