CTO - Star-Trac

Banyan Software is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive product direction, market success, and align company-wide vision, business goals with technology and market demands. The CTO will be responsible for creating a product strategy, roadmap planning, and driving product development while leading IT and digital transformation within the organization.

Requirements

• High Profile experience in Tech-Services and SaaS environments
• Significant experience in software product management, technology leadership or a similar role within the technology sector
• Proven experience of interpreting customer needs and market trends and developing and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps accordingly
• Ability to lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles
• Extensive experience in IT leadership, including infrastructure management and cybersecurity
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable technology strategies
