Job Description
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with native or near-native German and excellent English skills to drive our technical vision, strategy, and client engagement in the DACH region. As the CTO for the DACH region, you will be a key strategic leader, working closely with our clients, engineering teams, and business units to define and execute technology strategies.
Requirements
- C2 level of German and C1 English
- Proven experience in a CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineering role
- Strong technical background with expertise in Java, NET/C#, Kotlin, Go, Node.js, Python/Django, JavaScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps best practices
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, microservices, and scalable architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and growing technical teams
- Experience in the DACH market and understanding of its business culture and technology trends
- Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as needed
