Job Description
Exciting Opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers! We're seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our clinical team and help drive exceptional care. In this role, you will provide crucial nursing support to patients undergoing treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in Delaware
- Nursing degree/diploma from an accredited school of Nursing
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to maintain objectivity and empathy in patient interactions
- Adherence to the Healthcare Code of Ethics
- Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards
- Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations
