Job Description
The Sterile Processing Technician I provides surgical instrumentation for the operating room and procedural areas, and performs tasks such as disassembling, cleaning, sterilizing, and storing procedure trays, instruments, and supplies.
Requirements
- Performs all responsibilities/duties required by the Sterile Processing Department
- Carries out routine and assigned tasks of inspecting case carts, instruments, and supplies
- Maintains current knowledge/certification/licensure
- Pursues professional growth and development
