Educational Coordinator: Healthcare Simulation and Allied Health Educator

Creatively uses adult learning principles and project management skills to design and deliver engaging organization-wide education and training for professional development of employees and leadership.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Healthcare, Training and Development, Instructional Design/eLearning, Education, or equivalent
• 5+ years equivalent and demonstrated skills in education and professional work experience, or Associate's Degree-Paramedic-respiratory therapist
• Three years of job related experience
• Hands-on knowledge and experience developing engaging and interactive training materials in a variety of formats with authoring technologies, intranet design tools, and multimedia applications
• BLS
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• 2 years healthcare related experience preferred
• Healthcare experience in simulation
• Experience in coordination accreditation
