The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, training, and counseling employees to maintain high standards of food preparation and service in a hospital setting. The role requires direct contact with employees and visitors and involves maintaining safety and sanitation standards, as well as performing cleaning tasks.
